The meditation starts at 18:45, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier so we can start on time. Plan to wear comfortable clothes, so that you can test different positions and find the one most comfortable for you.

Your guided meditation will be lead by Németh Éva Boglárka and Dániel Juhák.
Bogi is working on corporate organization development projects in Budapest. In parallel, she has been practicing yoga and meditation for years. In the midst of office work and buzz, the constant deadlines, and life’s usual roller coasters, practicing mindfulness is her way of decelerating. Today, it has become an important part of her life; she regularly exercises and deepens the quality of her practice. Her motto is: “Life is an opportunity, a source of joy.”
Dániel has been practicing meditation since 2010 and recently started his blog (a meditáló lajhár) where he is sharing practical insights and tips on how to incorporate secular meditation in our daily routines to enhance our life.
