Due to the success of our previous Meditation events and high interest, InSpiral Club and Let it Slow are hosting another Meditation Workshop for Beginners to help more people take the first steps.
Meditation is a growing trend: in a world that changes faster than ever, more and more people find comfort, inner peace and personal discovery in this ancient practice.
There are many gurus, lessons, apps easily available to us, but we know that it is hard to find one that helps us start the journey.
During the event you will explore various meditation techniques, learn the theory and put them to practice. The aim is to provide useful tools you can include in your own meditation practice. After the meditation there will be an opportunity to discuss arising topics together.
Your session will be lead by Németh Éva Boglárka and Dániel Juhák.
Bogi is working on corporate organization development projects in Budapest. In parallel, she has been practicing yoga and meditation for years. In the midst of office work and buzz, the constant deadlines, and life’s usual roller coasters, practicing mindfulness is her way of decelerating. Today, it has become an important part of her life; she regularly exercises and deepens the quality of her practice. Her motto is: “Life is an opportunity, a source of joy.”
Dániel has been practicing meditation since 2010 and recently started his blog (a meditáló lajhár) where he is sharing practical insights and tips on how to incorporate secular meditation in our daily routines to enhance our life.
